By using Smart OTT Player (“the app”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What the app is

The app is a media player that plays audio/video streams and M3U playlists that you supply, by URL or by importing a file. The app does not provide, host, bundle, curate, or sell any channels, streams, or other content, and it is not affiliated with any content provider.

Your responsibility for content

• You are solely responsible for the playlists, links, and streams you add and play.
• You must have the right to access and view that content. Do not use the app to stream, record, or distribute copyrighted material without permission from the rights holder.
• Some sources may be geo‑restricted, temporary, password‑protected, or unlawful in your jurisdiction. Ensuring your use is legal is your responsibility.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app for any unlawful purpose, to infringe others’ rights, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse‑engineer the app beyond what the law allows.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that any stream or playlist will load, remain available, or play correctly, as this depends on third‑party sources and your network.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or from any content you access through it.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
